To place an order, the customer must provide accurate name, phone number, email, and delivery address.

An order is accepted when payment is completed successfully and the order is recorded by our system. If an item is unavailable, we will contact the customer to arrange a replacement or refund.

Prices on the website are shown in Armenian drams and include applicable taxes.

Online payments are processed by bank card or other payment methods available on the website. Card data is processed in the secure environment of the payment provider and is not stored on the Bialetti Armenia website.

Delivery terms and fees are shown during checkout. We currently deliver in Yerevan.

Delivery timing may vary depending on order confirmation time, product availability, and address.
